The Thrill of It All

It was a Saturday night, just after dinner. Kari was settling in for a relaxing evening with her family. Maybe there would be some fun family bonding around a board game, or a good movie to watch while snuggled together on the couch, or maybe story time with witty and scintillating conversation.

This is what she ended up with.
